In order for us to start finding your relations, we need some information from you
and your authorisation to start looking on your behalf.
This information must be sent to us in the forms below.
The information you give us will be held in the strictest of confidence

(If you would like to become a member of Link-Up (Qld) Aboriginal Corporation and our Support Group, download and fill in this application.)
3. Fill them out as best you can. The more information you can give us the better the chances of a successful result.

Under OATSIH guidelines, Link Up CANNOT provide funding to attend
funerals or Native Title meetings.
